This page states the "Terms of Use" under which you (“You”, “Your”) may use arbhatam.in, an on-line service to post and search employment opportunities and user Profiles ("www.arbhatam.in", or "WebSite"). These Terms of Use include the Demo Privacy Statement which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using arbhatam.in, You are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Use, including the Demo Privacy Statement. Please read this page carefully. If ‘You’ do not accept the Terms of Use stated herein, do not use the Web Site, Mobile Application and its Services. By using arbhatam.in, You are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the provisions of these Terms of Use. Demo ("Demo" or the "Company") may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms of Use, because they are binding on ’You’. The terms "You", “Your” and "User" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this web site for any reason. The terms “We”, “we”, “Us”, “us”, “Our” and “our” as used herein refer to Demo.

Demo Services
Demo may make available certain profile listings and other matrimony-related contents, including links to third-party Websites through the Website. You represent, warrant and covenant that you are at least 18 years old. This Website is addressed to adults only. By using the Website, you agree that you are 18 years of age and older. Failure to comply with this Agreement may result in legal actions. This website is not a dating site and hence users are advised not to put any obscene content like photos, text, video or any other form on the website. Profile Listings are created and provided by third parties over whom Demo exercises no control; you acknowledge and understand that we have no control over Profile Listings. Demo assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Profile Listing.

For Users Creating Through Demo
If you are creating your account, any portfolio or application information that you submit through the Website is subject to this Agreement (including Section 4 below) and to Demo’s Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, however, please note that by creating a public Demo Profile through the Website, you are requesting and authorizing Demo to make available your Profile to any other user using website that Demo believes may or may not have an interest in your Profile. By creating or uploading a Demo Profile, Demo may contact you to share Profile Listings with you that match the contents of your Demo Profile. In addition, when you indicate your interest in any user through Website (hereinafter, all references on the Website to “I am Interested” , “Message” or any similar references) you are requesting and authorizing Demo to reformat the profile so that you may read it more clearly in your phone, you are sending your Profile and application information to Demo, and you are requesting and authorizing Demo to make available such application information to the applicable User(s) for such Profile Listing(s). When you ask Demo to transmit an application or a message to any User via Message, Interest, you understand that this is without warranty. Demo also does not guarantee that any User will receive, access, read or respond to any such Profile or application material, or that there will be no mistakes in the transmission of the data. However, Demo may alert you when any of the above events occur.
In addition, by using Demo, you agree that Demo is not responsible for the content of the User’s application form, messages or their format or method of delivery and that Demo does not guarantee receipt of your application by the User, or your receipt of messages from the User. Please note that Demo does not choose the questions asked by Users or decide the profile qualification criteria by any other User.
Regardless of whether you are an Free or Premium user, when you send, store or receive materials (including Profile Listings, Profiles, and messages) through or using the Website, Demo may, for example, use such materials for data analysis, quality control, or to refine the Website or any other Demo product or service (including to provide better search results and other listings for its users), whether via automated means or otherwise. Demo assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any profile listing. If you see any inaccuracy in any such material, it is your responsibility to correct such information or to contact Demo to do so.
Regardless of whether you are an Free or Premium user, Demo may provide certain categories of information to you for informational purposes only. For example, Demo may provide you with data regarding estimated salaries, Gotra, Personal Information of user and his/her family for a certain Profile Listing. These figures provided by Demo are estimates given for informational purposes only, and they are subject to change or varying levels of accuracy. Demo may also include salary estimations on pages other than Profile Listings on the Website.
Regardless of whether you are an Free or premium user, Demo may provide certain types of career-related information on its Website on the Demo Career Updates. All information contained in the Demo Career Updates is for informational purposes only, and is in no way to be construed as professional career counseling. You understand that Demo may give suggestions or information regarding best-practices, however, you understand that it is ultimately your responsibility to determine how to pursue your job.
Regardless of whether you are a Free or Premium, Demo may provide you an online questionnaire relating to your family, ancestral details, and but not limited to personal information.
As a user of Demo website or mobile application, you take a variety of actions on our Website. For example, you search for profiles, and Demo knows and stores the titles of profiles you search for, where those users are located, any information, including family, previous salary or experience of which you have informed Demo, or the general information of the profile you view (if indicated on the Profile Listings), the Profile Listings you apply to, or any of your other behavior on the Demo Website, when you use Demo. You know exactly what this data is because you are the person who undertook the activity and the data pertains only to your activity. If you have an Demo account or an Demo-hosted Profile, you agree that Demo may use this observed factual data to suggest profiles to you and to suggest you or your public Profile to other Users that might be interested in a person who matches your behavior on Demo. You also agree that Demo may contact you based on this observed behavior for Users or for Demo itself. Please note, although information may be sent to you by a third party through the Demo system, the aforementioned behavior does not include information relayed to you. However, Demo may publicly display the fact that you have recently used the Demo Website or the fact that you have recently used the Demo system to correspond with a third party.
Regardless of whether you are a Free or Premium user, any emails or email notifications corresponding with any actions you take on the Website through the “I am Interested” process are provided solely as a courtesy. Demo disclaims all warranties with regards to the transmission of such courtesy notices, does not guarantee their delivery or receipt, and does not guarantee the date or time at which they may be sent.

You acknowledge that Demo is not responsible or liable for any such third parties or for the availability of, or the materials located on or through, any External Websites. We are additionally not responsible for any payment that may be asked of you by such third party. You will be notified on the Website that these are third party Websites and services, and not Demo.

Use of Website

Demo reserves the right to take such action as it considers necessary, including issuing legal proceedings without further notice, in relation to any unauthorized use of the Website. If you wish to make commercial use of the Website, if you wish to make use of the Website in any capacity other than that of a User, or if you wish to purchase Demo services that utilize the Website, you must have a prior written agreement with Demo to do so, or have accepted Demo’s online terms of service. Please contact us for more information. We reserve the right at all times (but will not have any obligation) to terminate users, and reclaim usernames or URLs, for any reason.

User Content, License to User content, Feedback and Submissions
Some parts of the Website, such as describe about yourself, may allow users to post, information, text, and other materials (any such materials that a user submits, posts, displays, or otherwise makes available on or through the Website is referred to herein as “User Content”). User Content is provided by third-party contributors, many of whom may use anonymous screen names. User Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or deceptive. For example, the Website hosts Company Pages, which allow User Content to be posted by individuals that may not be affiliated with the Company who owns the Company Page, including but not limited to the answers to QandA questions on Company Pages. You must not post any User Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that contains sexual, ethnic, racial or other discriminating slurs, or that contains no relevant or constructive content. You must also not post any User Content that contains proprietary information, trade secrets, confidential information, advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communication (except as otherwise expressly permitted by us in writing), or encourages or causes spamming or flooding.
You are prohibited from posting any User Content containing official identification information (whether your own or of another person), such as adhaar number, passport number, voter identification number, insurance number, driver’s license number, permanent account number, or any other similar number, code, or identifier. Posting such identification information may lead to identity theft and other adverse consequences. Demo may remove any such identification information, but does not undertake any obligation to do so, and has no responsibility and disclaims all liability for any posting of such identification information. Demo reserves the right to change the display of Profile on its Website, including, but not limited to, hiding fields, rearranging its format, and changing visual elements.
Although Demo has no obligation to do so, Demo may monitor User Content, and reserves the right to delete any User Content or portion thereof that, in Demo’s sole discretion, violates the above rules, including any User Content that is unrelated to the specific portion of the Website on which it is posted, or that is an advertisement, recruiting or other commercial message, or that Demo deems in its sole discretion to be inappropriate. If you believe that any User Content violates this Agreement or our policies, please contact Demo immediately so that we may have the opportunity to consider its removal. For clarity, Demo does not have any obligation to remove any User Content, and the interpretation of whether any User Content violates any Demo policy will always remain within the sole discretion of Demo.
Demo reserves the right to disclose all User Content and other relevant information, and the circumstances surrounding their transmission, to any third party in connection with operating the Website; to protect itself, its affiliates, its partners and its visitors; and to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests. This means, for example, that Demo may honor search warrants, law enforcement or court-mandated requests to reveal a user’s electronic address and identity, or other properly requested information. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Demo reserves the right (but is under no obligation) to remove any Profile Listing that directly or indirectly discriminates against any User. Direct discrimination means, for example, that a Profile Listing specifically makes clear that only Users matching a certain criterion are wanted, thereby excluding others because of, for example, their gender, race, age or disability. Indirect discrimination means, for example, that a Profile Listing implicitly excludes certain classes of Matrimony Seekers by making it impossible for them to qualify for the Marriage requirements. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to refrain from posting any Profile that directly or indirectly discriminate against Users or otherwise violate applicable law.
Only to the extent permitted by law, if you post content or submit material to Demo, including photographs or material you submit for a profile solicitation hosted on Demo, you grant Demo a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, (revocable only as described below), fully paid, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple layers of sub-licensees) right and license to make, use, sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, prepare derivative works from and otherwise exploit all such content and materials for the purpose of publishing material on the Demo Website or its publisher partners, maintaining the Demo Website and promoting Demo without restriction. Furthermore, you grant to Demo, its affiliates, and sublicensees the license to use your name, user name, and/or trademarks and logos in connection with any such User Content or Demo marketing materials, or actions by Demo to promote or publicize such User Content (e.g. Profile Listings) including the use of keywords in third-party internet search engines. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent any User(s) submits photographs to Demo for association with a particular Profile.
You represent and warrant that:
1) you own the User Content that you submit, post, display, or otherwise make available on or through the Website, or that you otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section,
2) such User Content, and its submission, posting, display or availability on or through the Website does not violate applicable law or the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity,
3) such submission, posting, display or availability on or through the Website does not result in any breach of contract between you and any third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, damages, and any other monies owed to any person or entity by reason of such User Content. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Demo and its affiliates from any claims resulting from any such User Content. If you wish to request to revoke the license granted by you in this Section for any such User Content, please send a certified letter of request to the postal address of Demo listed on the Website with a copy of your passport or adhaar card or permanent account number (for identity verification purposes) and request removal of such User Content. Your certified letter of request must include
(a) the signature of the applicable rights holder for such User Content or a person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder;
(b) identification of the User Content for which the license is to be revoked, and information reasonably sufficient to allow Demo to locate and remove such User Content on the Website;
(c) your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
(d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that you are the rights holder or authorized by the rights holder to revoke the license for the designated User Content; and
(e) a statement that the information in the request is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder with respect to such User Content. There may be a charge for answering and executing such a request; please contact Demo for more details.
4) At your discretion, you may provide feedback and related materials to Demo concerning the functionality and performance of the Website from time to time, including, without limitation, identifying potential errors, improvements, modifications, bug fixes, or enhancements (“Feedback”). If you, through your evaluation or otherwise, provide any Feedback, you hereby grant to Demo a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple layers of sublicensees) right and license to make, use, sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, prepare derivative works from and otherwise exploit all such Feedback for any purpose without restriction. You agree that Demo may disclose any or all Feedback to any third party in any manner, and you agree that Demo may sublicense any or all Feedback in any form to any third party without restriction. By providing any Feedback, you agree that your provision of such Feedback is gratuitous, unsolicited and without restriction, and will not place Demo under any fiduciary, confidentiality or other obligation, and that we are free to use such Feedback without any additional compensation to you, and free to disclose such Feedback on a non-confidential basis or otherwise to anyone. You further acknowledge that, by accepting any Feedback, Demo does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Demo, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you.

You agree, undertake and confirm that Your use of Website shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:
You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information which:
1) Belongs to another person to which You does not have any right to;

4) Is patently offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, paedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
5) Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
6) Involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
7) Promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
8) Infringes upon or violates any third party's rights [including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person's name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity];
9) Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
10) Contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
11) Provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone;
12) Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
13) Contains video, photographs, or images of another person (with a minor or an adult).
14) Tries to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access to the Website or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend request, or other areas of the Website or solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
15) Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without Our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes, or the buying or selling of "virtual" products related to the Website. Throughout this Terms of Use, arbhatam.in’s prior written consent means a communication coming from arbhatam.in’s Legal Department, specifically in response to your request, and specifically addressing the activity or conduct for which you seek authorization;
16) solicits gambling or engages in any gambling activity which We, in Our sole discretion, believes is or could be construed as being illegal;
17) Interferes with another USER's use and enjoyment of the Website or any other individual's User and enjoyment of similar services;
18) Refers to any Website or URL that, in Our sole discretion, contains material that is inappropriate for the Website or any other Website, contains content that would be prohibited or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.
19) Harm minors in any way;
20) Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights or third party's trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy or shall not be fraudulent;
21) Violates any law for the time being in force;
22) Deceives or misleads the addressee/ users about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
23) Impersonate another person;
24) Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains any trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish value of, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
25) Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
26) Shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading;
27) Shall not, directly or indirectly, offer, attempt to offer, trade or attempt to trade in any item, the dealing of which is prohibited or restricted in any manner under the provisions of any applicable law, rule, regulation or guideline for the time being in force.
28) Shall not create liability for Demo or cause Demo to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Our internet service provider ("ISPs") or other suppliers;
29) You shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Website or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Website. We reserve Our right to bar any such activity.
30) You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Website, or any other systems or networks connected to the Website or to any server, computer, network, or to any of the services offered on or through the Website, by hacking, password "mining" or any other illegitimate means.
31) You shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website or any network connected to the Website nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Website or any network connected to the Website. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other User of or visitor to Website, or any other customer, including any account on the Website not owned by You, to its source, or exploit the Website or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Website, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than Your own information, as provided for by the Website.
32) You shall not make any negative, denigrating or defamatory statement(s) or comment(s) about Demo or the brand name or domain name used by Demo including the terms arbhatam.in, or otherwise engage in any conduct or action that might tarnish the image or reputation, of arbhatam.in on platform or otherwise tarnish or dilute any arbhatam.in’s trade or service marks, trade name and/or goodwill associated with such trade or service marks, trade name as may be owned or used by Demo. You agree that You will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Website or arbhatam.in’s systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to arbhatam.in.
33) You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website or any transaction being conducted on the Website, or with any other person's use of the Website.
34) You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal You send to Demo on or through the Website or any service offered on or through the Website. You may not pretend that You are, or that You represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.
35) You may not use the Website or any content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of arbhatam.in and / or others.
36) You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and as amended from time to time and also all applicable Domestic laws, rules and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable Exchange Control Laws or Regulations in Force) and International Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations (including, but not limited to Sales Tax/VAT, Income Tax, Octroi, Service Tax, Central Excise, Custom Duty, Local Levies) regarding Your use of Demo platform. You shall not engage in any activity, which is prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law including exchange control laws or regulations for the time being in force.
37) Solely to enable Demo to use the information You supply Demo with, so that we are not violating any rights You might have in Your Information, You agree to grant Demo a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, database rights or any other rights You have in Your Information, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to Your Information. We will only use Your information in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applicable to use of the Website.
38) You shall not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Users of the Website to buy or sell any products or services, including, but not limited to, products or services related to that being displayed on the Website or related to Demo. You may not transmit any chain letters or unsolicited commercial or junkemail to other Users via the Website. It shall be a violation of these Terms of Use to use any information obtained from the Website in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to another person other than Demo without Our prior explicit consent. In order to protect Our Users from such advertising or solicitation, Demo reserve the right to restrict the number of messages or emails which a user may send to other Users in any 24-hour period which Demo deems appropriate in its sole discretion. You understand that Demo have the right at all times to disclose any information (including the identity of the persons providing information or materials on the Website) as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or valid governmental request. This may include, without limitation, disclosure of the information in connection with investigation of alleged illegal activity or solicitation of illegal activity or in response to a lawful court order or subpoena. Notwithstanding this right, YOU REMAINSOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE MATERIALS YOU POST ON THE WEBSITE AND IN YOUR PRIVATE MESSAGES. Please be advised that such Content posted does not necessarily reflect arbhatam.in’s views. In no event shall arbhatam.in assume or have any responsibility or liability for any Content posted or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from use of Content and/or appearance of Content on the Website. You hereby represent and warrant that You have all necessary rights in and to all Content which You provide and all information it contains and that such Content shall not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties or contain any libellous, tortious, or otherwise unlawful information.
39) It is possible that other users (including unauthorized users or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the Website and that You may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about You due to your use of the Website, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure You. Demo does not approve of such unauthorized uses, but by using the Website You acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for the use of any personal information that You publicly disclose or share with others on the Website. Please carefully select the type of information that You publicly disclose or share with others on the Website.
40) arbhatam.in shall have all the rights to take necessary action and claim damages that may occur due to your involvement/participation in any way on your own or through group/s of people, intentionally or unintentionally in DoS/DDoS (Distributed Denial of Services).


Registration, Contact Information
